Talk therapy and Somatic Experiencing, informed by Social Work and Psychoanalysis, are paired with holistic practices in order to address issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, or other life challenges. Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance accepted.

Initial meeting to determine constitution (unique individual make-up) and imbalances causing issues including multi-dimensional assessment. Follow up-visit for Report of Findings occurs at the second visit for presentation of how Ayurvedic understandings manifest in you and your imbalances, along with beginning recommendations for treatment. Generally weekly or bi-weekly treatment for several months depending upon needs. Not covered by insurance presently, but possibilities for sliding scale upon inquiry.

Follow-up visits after an Ayurvedic Consultation to continue with treatment progression and recommendations, education and integration of changes into lifestyle. Not covered by insurance presently.

Available to those practitioners in the mental health field who are looking for additional support and learning in their working processes or in need of supervisory hours for licensing purposes. 

Meet for an hour and a half for the practice of Yoga Nidra and debriefing with Teresa. Bring your yoga mat and a pillow {blankets are also provided to cover yourself}, and prepare for a journey into bliss and connecting to your true self!
